At Yogi by Nature, my mission is to help you reclaim this sacred relationship.
Through embodied movement, breath, somatic awareness, and conscious coaching,
I help you reconnect with the sanctuary within you — the place where clarity emerges,
healing unfolds, and your deepest self begins to rise.
My intention is to guide you back to the home you have always lived in —
and the temple you were always meant to honor.

I’m grateful you’ve found your way here. I’m Tamara Abuleil, a certified yoga instructor and conscious coach with Dr. Shefali’s Institute helping others reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies and return to the temple within.
My journey began with my own healing: untangling old patterns, honoring my roots, and learning to show up with presence and compassion.

How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy often focuses on processing past wounds, diagnosing, and treating mental health concerns. Coaching, on the other hand, is future-focused and centered on self-discovery, growth, and alignment. My approach also integrates somatic practices — bringing awareness to the body so that healing isn’t just in the mind, but embodied.

Through Tamara’s somatic teachings paired with her empathy and smart insights, I was able to finally live coherently — mind, body, and soul. Is this a substitute for medical or mental health care?
No. These sessions support personal growth and self-awareness but are not a replacement for medical or mental health treatment.
How long are the sessions?
Individual coaching or yoga sessions are typically 60 minutes. Integrated sessions combining coaching and yoga (with breathwork) are 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Coaching, yoga, or integrated sessions that combine coaching with yoga (including breathwork). Each session is personalized to your needs.
How do I know which session is right for me?
If you want to explore mindset, emotions, or personal growth, coaching may be best. If you want movement, alignment, and stress relief, yoga is ideal. Integrated sessions offer both for a full mind-body experience.
Are these sessions personalized?
Yes! Every session is tailored to your body, mind, and goals, including options like chair yoga and supportive props.
What should I expect in a session?
Each session is a personalized experience tailored to you. Depending on your choice, it may include coaching to explore thoughts and emotions, yoga with mindful movement and breathwork, or a fully integrated combination of both. The session provides a safe and supportive space to tune in, gain clarity, and leave feeling grounded, restored, and empowered.
Can I participate in yoga with limited mobility or injuries?
Absolutely. Sessions are adapted with chair yoga, supportive props, and gentle modifications to ensure safety and comfort — as long as your doctor has cleared you for participation.
What are the benefits of combining coaching with yoga?
Combining coaching with yoga (including breathwork) creates a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit. You gain clarity, release tension, regulate emotions, and integrate insights in a holistic, embodied way.
How quickly might I notice results or changes?
Every person’s experience is unique. Some notice shifts immediately, while others experience gradual changes over several sessions. Consistency and intention amplify results.
Can I purchase a package of sessions?
Yes! Packages are available for coaching, yoga and integrated sessions. They provide flexibility and continuity while supporting your growth over time.
How do I book or reschedule?
Book directly on the website. You will receive a text or call before your session to help clarify intentions. Please provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
