
This 60-minute one-on-one yoga experience is designed specifically for you. Whether you’re new to yoga, working with an injury, or seeking to deepen your practice, these personalized sessions meet you where you are.
With mindful movement, breath awareness, and guided alignment, you’ll explore your body’s unique needs and cultivate balance, strength, and inner calm. Drawing from my experience in Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Restorative Yoga, each session is thoughtfully adapted to support your individual needs.
Each session concludes with Shavasana or a guided meditation—a moment of deep relaxation and integration that allows you to fully absorb the benefits of your practice, leaving you grounded, restored, and present. This is your space to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe, nurturing, and empowering.
Before your session, you’ll receive a brief call or text from me to connect and discuss your intentions, needs, and expectations. This helps us co-create a space that feels supportive and aligned for you.
